We like to offer fixed bids, but can also provide hourly programming at $125 per hour (billable in 1/2 hour increments).
Payment terms for fixed bid projects average $120/hour and payments terms are as
follows:
Projects less than $4,000
No deposit required
Projects between $4,000 and $10,000
Progress payments based on agreed milestones
You receive source code after final payment
Projects more than $10,000
20% advance retainer payment
Progress payments based on agreed milestones
You receive source code after final payment
Our bid ranges are honored provided large change requests are not added to the specs.
Significant work scope changes require new cost estimates. Costs for
items added during the project are by fixed bid or by the hour, client discretion.
The majority of our Access Projects cost between $1,000 and $5,000.
Corporate Purchase Orders are welcome.
